The Atturo Trail Hazard program offers comprehensive coverage for all Atturo Trail Blade SXS Tires, no matter where your UTV takes you. Atturo Tire Corp. provides this protection at NO ADDITIONAL COST for every new Atturo Trail Blade SXS Tire. Our coverage extends to use on a wide range of terrains - from pavement and open fields to rock, sand, and trails. How to Make a Claim***

• Determine if the tire can be repaired
• If it can be repaired safely, prior approval NOT REQUIRED
• If it cannot be repaired, please contact our team at (833) 607-2623 to obtain prior authorization and a claim number
• Customer must sign the repair or replacement invoice
• Email the following to [email protected]
• Original Purchase Invoice (provided by customer)
• Signed Repair or Replacement Invoice, Including
• Shop Name and Address
• Customer's Full Name and Address
• Brand, Type, Size, and Purchase Price of Replacement Tire
• Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
• You will receive payment directly from the program administrator via Check, Credit Card, or ACH.

*Customer is responsible for any cost not covered by the program

**Or until 4/32" or less of tread remains, whichever occurs first
